The industrial-grade metal housing provides the necessary ruggedness so that the plug can be used in many industrial applications.
To save the user time in wiring, the RJ45 connector can be assembled in a single step using the fast connection technology EasyConnect®. Solid single wires and strands can be used. The color-coded contact elements also help avoid connection errors.
With a PROFINET cable of up to 100 m length, Ethernet components such as a PROFINET station can be connected. In addition, the RJ45 connectors are designed in protection class IP20 and for transmission rates up to 100 Mbps.

Overview 

IGPS-1042GP-24V is an unmanaged PoE Ethernet switch with P.S.E. function. IGPS-1042GP-24V supports Power over Ethernet, a system to transmit electrical power, along with data, to remote devices over standard twisted-pair cable in an Ethernet network. IGPS-1042GP-24V has 4x10/100/1000Base-T(X) P.S.E. (Power Sourcing Equipment) ports, and 2x100/1000Base-X SFP port. The SFP port optical network speed can be set by changing the settings of the DIP-Switch below. IGPS-1042GP-24V supports wide range 12~57VDC power inputs and generates 50VDC P.S.E. power output per port. P.S.E. is a device (switch or hub for instance) that will provide power in a PoE setup. The wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C can satisfy most of operating environment. Therefore, the switch is one of the most reliable choices for PoE Ethernet application.

The UL02-FFTDU-ALM-4-20mA is a micro-controller based AC Fanfail detection unit with temperature indication offered in a highlycompact, rugged and reliable execution. The instrument has threekeys on the front panel, with which the operator can set theparameters and configure the instrument as desired. A three digit 7-segment digital display is provided on the front panel which indicatesthe ambient cabinet temperature in real time. The display can indicateany scale range between 000 to 099 units (temperature) value indegree Celsius (°C). It has retransmission Analog Output of 4-20mA,can be configurable to any temperature value.In case of power failure, the set points are retained in memory.The Fan detection module provides powered output contacts for wiringthe two AC Fans independently through internal control relays.The instrument also senses the normal healthy current being drawn byeach fan and provides short-circuit and open-circuit protection bycutting off the supply to the corresponding Fan in case any abnormalityis detected. All these updating of upper current limit for rotor blockdetection is done automatically. The instrument operates on universalSMPS AC power supply of 90 to 270 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
